How did you input 360 ppi?

You just check the Print Resolution box and type in 360. LR is then supposed to interpolate (up-sample) the ppi to feed the printer 360.

Since the crop I printed was at 118 ppi, that's a heck of an up-sample for LR to handle. Lots of interpolated pixels. I generally try not to have to do such extreme enlarging but I wanted to see what the results would be.

I posted a question on Adobe LR forum asking how the LR Print Resolution algorithm works. Hopefully it will generate some interesting answers.
