Nikon D800E. No AA filter, No X-Trans gimmick, and no problems with RAW conversion. Same with Leica M9. No AA filter. Does the Ricoh GXR M mount have an AA filter? Did the X100?

Directly comparing the two I would say the X-Trans certainly looks random to me
