The Rebel Macro Thread - Sept 8

Back in the day when the Rebel forum was created (I had one of the orginal Rebels) there was a great weekly macro thread where users would post their shots of world up close. After a few years of playing with the 20D and 5D (which reminds me to get fixed as the mirror flew off while doing a photoshot this summer) I just picked up a T4i. After looking through this thread for a while I have not noticed a macro thread at all.

So I thought I would start a new one and see how it goes.

Rules: Basically none other then please post photos using the Rebel line of camera's and photos of a close-up nature. No need to have a 1:1 macro lens as there are many many ways to get macro style photos.

Also, try to post the gear used for the shots.

In the end I hope to see a lot of stunning photos and hope to read a lot of tips and tricks people used to get their photos.
