RX100 Slow Importations?

I've been using Sony's 'Play Memories Home' software to import photos and videos from my RX100 to Windows 7. This works OK except for when the SD card gets full past about 1GB, then it gets real slow. Seems the software takes forever to find out which photos are New before importing anything.
So what software are you using to import New photos and videos?
I need something faster and don't want to keep deleting stuff from the SD card.
