a57 and flash sync speed

Hopefully somebody has an answer to this question:
When the camera is on Aperture Priority Mode, is there any way of changing the default shutter speed of 1/60? I can do this on my a65 but I don't know how to on my recently acquired a57. Thanks in advance!
