Flat colours when printing from the NEX

Its surprising I thought I was competent with printing! Thanks for all the answers.

At the moment I just take the files (sRGB) from the NEX, put it into photoshop and resize if I need to print on custom size and thats it. The drop down box for the colour profile in the printer box in PS is actually greyed out and its aRGB.

I'll try converting the profile instead of assigning and see what happens, but I never alter any colour options in the printer, just quality level.
