4 Monochrom days

I have her for four days and I am trying to understand her. She certainly needs special treatment, very sensitive with highlights, tends to overflatten the tones when you shoot faces opposite the light, if you underexpose you get more noise from the dark areas when you boost them up than you would get if you exposed them correctly (at the same iso) but she is all that I wanted BW and capable for high iso and I really like the kind of noise she produces

under high iso. I am not a master in PP, I envy many of you here for your skills, so please forgive this disadvantage.
