Can I get some feedback on this photo I retouched?

I retouched basically everything, even the eyes and added a little more catch light as well. Unfortunately I don't have the original anymore... I didn't save the original. I probably could have stopped it down to at least f4 or so just to make it a tad bit sharper but I think it turned out okay.

I used Lightroom 4.1

Just want to get some feedback on how I did/shouldnt have done etc.
