E-M5 vs X-E1

Hard to decide which way to go. I'm not worried about high iso performance of either. But fuji's skin tone (i had a x100) as well as dynamic range seems to be better than m43. Of course, af speed needs to be proved. So, which one would you choose assuming you don't have any lens of the two.
