Thanks for that.
Strangely all the following are off:
Chromatic aberration correction
Distortion correction
Highlight correction
Shadow correction
Hi-ISO NR
Slow shutter NR
(I don't know why those things should make a difference when you're not saving a JPEG but I know they do.)
File format is DNG but PEF is barely quicker

My guess would be is that you have the distortion and ca correction functions turned on.
