D300S vs Nikon

I own D300s and some lenses (you can look in my profile for a list) and most of my lenses has built in AF motor.

So lately I am thinking of adding smaller body to my kit. Lately I am looking into D3200 or D5100.
Currently I am selling u4/3 kit to fund purchase of one body.

I am quiet satisfied with u4/3 kit, but there are instances when I think I could create better photo with nikon kit. So, small and light Nikon body seems logical addition to me...
