First post and pic for C&C

Hi all, I've been lurking for a few months now and wanted to finally introduce myself. I have had my 1100D since around Christmas and I have taken the leap into shooting raw. I took this one of my kids yesterday and did a little PP and jpeg conversation in Aftershot pro, any advice/C&C to make my shots better would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
