I had this problem happen to me within a month of buying, so it was covered under warranty. The entire top plate was replaced and it's been ok since. This is a common problem with the NX100. If your camera's warranty is expired it would still be worth a call to Samsung to see if they'll fix in anyway, you never know. If not I suppose you are in the market for a new camera, or paying for the repair yourself. If that's the case I would simply get a new camera, or start saving for one.
