Camera-specific differences in colour rendering

Only if all manufacturers used identical colour filters in their sensors. Given that even sensors from the same manufacturer can vary in this respect, there will be differences in how the raw files from different cameras represent the same scene.

Even with 'optimised' processing from raw, there may be differences in how different cameras render subtle differences in colour.
