Best cloud based photo storage

I am a P7000 user and have recently bought an Ipad. Traditionally I always stored my pictures on a back up disk but would like to move into something easier to access from all my hardware. Any recommendations?

I have also been looking at some of the photo editing apps but cant find one that lets me adjust levels, again any personal experience. thanks in advance, Gary.
