12-35mm X - Constant Aperture through Video Zoom?

You need to make sure of your settings. If you are using Auto ISO, it will change as you zoom. If you are using P mode, shutter speed may change. Make sure you check behavior with Manual Movie Mode where you set all your self without allowing the camera to control other settings
