---HELP--- Horizontal Lines in pictures taken during the day

I had a similar problem during my holidays. Very annoying ...

But in my case

• I see purple banding on the display, not grey

• the banding gets better/worse in portrait/landscape orientation

I found 3 forum threads with the same problem. Search for "OM-D banding" but ignore threads with "lowlight" and "panny 20mm" ...

In short:
The IBIS is in my camera is defect and causes noise/banding on the sensor.
