These were shot handheld with Nikon D300+50mm AF 1.8D on a Kenko 36mm tube. Lighting with SB600 on very cheap eBay bracket and homemade diffuser.
I haven't really shot with this combo before, normally preferring the PN-11 (52.5mm) tube, but I have been seeking more DoF, so am experimenting with the shorter Kenko tubes.
