vistaprint will run you off 250 business cards for about $10. You could get a decent set of cards for about $25, with nice heavy card stock and good printing.

I think a good idea would be to purchase a domain name and direct it to your flickr page, it only costs $10-$20 a year to own the domain and it looks much more professional. That way if you build a website later or stop using flickr, you can use the same domain and direct it to your stuff so people can still get to your stuff even though you've moved it around. There are many different hosting companies, I've used godaddy in the past and currently use fatcow. I've heard good things about domain.com too.
