You have a nice walk around lens with your 24-105.
Your have a wonderful portrait lens with your 100mm macro IS.

Given what you already have and a choice of only these two, I'd pick the 50mm given that your 100mm is a perfect portrait lens already and the 85 is slightly too long for generic use.

In the past when I've just added one desired lens at a time I find later that I really don't have as broad a selection as I would like. Think about the lens collection you are building, you definitely don't need overlap. Think big as in every lens you would like to have in your bag (be realistic).

Do you intend to keep both of the lenses you currently own? If so, I'd think outside the box and choose something outside of that range like the 16-35mm 2.8, 14mm 2.8 or 70-200 2.8 IS II. JMO.
