I agree, and so now, why is it that State Election officials could not have figured this out?? Therefore, it proves all their (and, btw, primarily "Red States") changes to their voting laws are intended to primarily and solely suppress the voting rights of their "Black" and "Hispanic" minorities -- and, especially to do this in the coming Nov 2012 Presidential Election. Voting Fraud is not even their reasons, as it's something that already seldom ever occurrs in the USA; and, where it would occurr, current State and Federal laws are more than sufficient to properly handle and prosecute it.
