It's About Time: "The Feds Have Struck Down Texas Voter-Photo ID Requirements"

Example, including for those "blacks" and others that were born in the USA and have voted for decades; but, due to poor record keeping in the 1800s and early part of the 1900s, in fact very often don't even have a birth certificate on file anywhere. And, lets not forget that a lot of those births were delivered by "midwives" or for a lot of blacks by simply someone that was knowledgeable enough to assist in the delivery.
