HI,
be aware to that your flash is in 'MANUAL MODE' and SLEEP MODE is OFF

What possible is that the pin that goes in the Plus III is not completely in the hole... you have to force a little bit to make contact.
PS. If you push the Mode button then release en push again until its indicate TXRX

I did all steps ..
What I found : TxRx not indecated it self ..
The indicating window ( on the top of unit ) is indicating .. (green )
When pushing ( test) It is indecating ( red) ...
But still not working ( not reciving ) any from the other ...
I appreciated dear if ant other suggisions . .
