Canon S95 VS Canon S100. The diference is that huge ?

I think if you want to shoot jpeg you will not get the best pictures with the S95. But instead if you shoot in RAW mode, then you will get much better pictures with S95. It is much superior than S220HS.

I own a S95 and use it most of the time in raw and the results are far superior than in jpeg. S95 isn't to shoot in jpeg. That's my opinion.
