EM-5 focus locking up.

I have noticed the same thing with both the 45mm F1.8 and the reg43 14-54II with adapter. What happens is occassionally the focus will lock up. I can click an image, but there is no focus when I half-press the shutter button. However, I do see the green circle lit up in the upper right side which indicates focus has been achieved. But the focus is locked up. If I aim somewhere else it will not refocus. The solution is to turn off/on the camera. This can happen at an inopertune time. This is not a good thing. At first I thought it was the plroblem of using a reg43 lens with adapter as the 14-54 was all I had. But now with the 45mm F1.8 that I just bought, I find the same thing happening.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Is there a fix?
