I Bought A Panasonic 14-140 From Amazon But The Zoom Won't Zoom

Anybody run into this? I can't turn the zoom ring, the lens is stuck at 14mm. I notified Amazon so I suppose I'll be sending it back for a refund and I'll have to look elsewhere unless there is some way to get it unlocked. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
