According to this site, the aperture mechanism in the panasonic 100-300 can't keep up to the E-M5 frame rate: http://fourthirds-user.com/2012/07/fast_frame_rate_problem_with_panasonic_lumix_100300_zoom.php

Has this caused anyone problems? Is this an issue on the Olympus 75-100?
