FZ200 as camcorder replacement - any suggestions?

I am still struggling with the question weather I should replace my current old tape based HD camcorderwith a new lighter HD camcorder or a camera with HD video capability.

The FZ200 seems to be a great alternative although I have not yet seen a detailed test report for it yet.

My biggest concern right now: handling. The shape of a camcorder seems to be ideal for shooting video.

I am not so sure about that with a camera. Any one with FZ200 video experience out there willing to share?
