B & H bad business practice

I've purchased from B&H since 1981 or so. At that time would mail in my order from the B&H ad in the back of Popular or Modern Photography....B&H's ad took up 5-6 pages as I recall. I would order 20 rolls of Kodachrome 64 with processing by Kodak a couple of times a year. About once a year a 100-ft roll of Panatomic-X. Those were the days.

I've said it before, but why can't the forum moderator delete a thread like this? I think it's false accusations directed at B&H. The OP got his money back... In 10 years some person can google B&H and this thread will pop up....I hate whining knee-jerk threads, and this is one of them. People today have no patience.
