Nikon El Segundo (USA): Any updates or recent repairs?

I also sent in my D800 about a month ago to El Segundo.

Camera spent a week in shop and came back with same asymmetric left AF but only shifted (this is just my opinion/verdict, not acknowledged by Nikon).

I submitted many more images for review and Nikon issued me a prepaid ship label to Melville.
That's where my camera is now for more than a week now. I am optimistic as the

record for Melville fixing this issue appears to be really good based on what's reported on
this forum.

For what it's worth, it's interesting why the shipping label went to Melville instead
of the usual El Segundo center for west of Mississippi.
