what do I need for simple decent talking head video

I want to do short interview videos, two min max, subject looking directly into the camera, office situation.

I would like to use my existing camera, Oly PL1.

I would like to be one man band, get in, shoot video and get out quickly

Post on youtube or the like.

Mike, lights, software?
