You can purchase the shoes from http://www.uscamera.com/ . I replaced mine for the Sigma EF-500 DG Super for Pentax, but they sale them for all kinds. Cost was about $21 + $4 for shipping. I recieved it via 1st class mail in only 2 days.

Its easy to replace. No soldering required. However, has small screws and when you are taking it apart, be careful of the springs behind the pins. Also, small screws are easier if the screwdriver is magnetic.
