Nokia 808 Pureview now, or Nokia Lumia with Pureview later?

Now that Nokia is announcing its Windows Phone 8 line on September 5, my phone provider is able to offer me the 808 here in France. I've been waiting so long for it that I'm thrilled... and hesitant! Among all the phone features, I'll really enjoy the FM transmitter, USB host, and expandable memory (not to mention all the killer camera stuff!). Been a Nokia + Symbian fan for years.

I can either choose to wait (again, for some indefinite period of time) or jump on the 808. Any chance of the Symbian phone simply being more powerful (for a geek like me) than the Windows phone?

Oh, what to do... Any informed or uninformed opinions out there?
