Finally got a good lightning shot (1 img)

On vacation in the gulf last week...saw a thunderstorm kicking out over the water around Orange Beach AL. Got my K-5 and 18-135 and started firing away. Got lucky with this one.

I live in Memphis...and it is very tough if not impossible to get good shots of weather coming in from a long way off due to all of our trees and lack of vistas. So I'm glad I was able to get one while on vacation.
