"Statement Camera" worthy of GOLD Award

Through photography history there are many "statement cameras" represent milestone of their time. In the most recent years I can think of a few camera belong to "hall of fame". They are (in no particular order):

Nikon 3Ds - out of this world high ISO, among other strong technical aspects;

Nikon 800/800E - medium format resolution in DSLR body, all rounded excellence;

Canon 5DII - Hollywood style movie for the mass, and darm good DSLR too;

Canon 7D - king of APSC, arguably still is even after 3 years;

Sony A55 - bring DSLR to new era, affordable high-end AF and auto focus video too;

Canon S90/95/100 - gang of three ultra compact with kick ass IQ (for compact);

Sony RX100 - "DSLR in your pocket", mother of all compact as of 2012, possibly well into 2013.
