changing apeture on non-AI Nikon lenses via adapters

Hi,

A quick one: do the issues with the apeture ring on non-AI lenses on certain Nikon mounts have any impact on NEXes via adapters? Do I simply need to look for particular versions of Nikon-Nex adapters? (Nikon F, I guess?) Thanks!

ps. I'm considering getting a pre-AI Nikon 85mm f/1.8. I can get it in a pretty good condition for 200$, is it worth it?
