iPad Photosmith app, Lightroom plugin, and iPad filenames

Great, now my Eye-Fi / Photosmith connection no longer works. It had been working for a while, but I had problems with a large import this weekend that kept freezing. Since then I've been unable to get the iPad to connect to the Eye-Fi card, whether it's in the camera or something else. The iPad sees the card in the Wi-Fi settings list, but it will not connect to it. This stuff is really frustrating and seems so unnecessarily complicated to make run correctly and reliably.
