make a non-swivelable shoe-flash swivelable for better bounce

Googling for "samsung nx off-camera shoe cord" gave me a link that somebody that sells a cord (I can't link to it, as I understand that linking to vendor pages may result in your article being deleted, so you'll have to google yourself).,

Caveat: I haven't tested the cord, and know nothing about their quality - but if works, it should allow you to take the flash off camera and point it at arbitrary angles.
