Samsung Galaxy S3 In-Camera Panorama

I'd like to see one of my digital cameras make a panorama like this with wide angle distortion straightened out, as in the Samsung stitched image. Truly amazing.

The file is compressed in the camera to only 1mp of the 8mp that Samsung can produce, so resolution isn't outstanding, but I think the image still rates kudos:
