Super macro, whats your setup like?

I ll start with the definition, any reprodcution magnification over 2:1 (cmiiw)

I m sure with the upcoming oly 60 and the current panleica 45 we get 2:1 (35 term), but some times we want more magnification, i.e like spider face close up. I'm familiar with +8 raynox 250 diopter , I've used it with prosumer cam , and APSC 250 mm lens, I estimate that my magnification are over 1:1 , I'd like to upload my older photo for comparison but I dont want to break any forum rule

Does people modiefied their macro lens to get more magnification and are there any other option for super macro? please share

I had a browse on the forum, but could find a specif thread on super macro, link would be kindly appreciated

ps: i was playing with 12-50 macro mode which give 0.72 magnification(35 mm equiv), its fine for flower but for small insect i found i m cropping too much and loosing alot of detail
