workflow for facebook publishing

Hi everyone. What is the best workflow if you like to post on Facebook? I know the images receive some kind of automatic process after the upload and the result is that sometimes they lose a lot of image quality. After finishing PP my workflow before publishing is just resize to 960px and increase sharpness a little. I'd like to know what can i do in order to get my pictures being published exactly (or almost) like i see them before the upload. Thanks for your help.
