New Leica owner and poor battery life

As previously posted I got my "new" Leica M9 with the Summicron 59/2 lens and have been testing it out this weekend (ordered from Adorama)

After taking only a few pictures I turned on the camera only to be greeted with a low battery warning.

I am now recharging. The manual states I should get about 350 shots with a full charge, is that about what people are getting?

I know it depends on what you are shooting, but so far my Fuji X Pro 1 lasts much longer than the Leica.
I have shot mainly only DNG
