Paper choices for Canon 9000 mk II

On the "value for money" part of the spectrum what other paper choices can compete with Red River Arctic Polar and UltraPro satin luster papers which are around $1 - $1.50 / sheet for 13 x 19.

I'm looking for 13 x 19 size and generally prefer the satin look in this size but gloss is an option.

Any feedback on the slightly more expensive Arctic Polar Luster or other brands such as Ilford appreciated.
