My understanding is that in video you want to fix the shutter speed and the exposure. In general this means fixing the shutter speed, aperture, and ISO beforehand and not letting it change.
It's easy.
0. Set the video to 1080-60P.
1. Set the camera to manual.
2. Set the shutter speed to 1/125.
3. Set the aperture and ISO as you please.
4. Set your focus as you please.
5. Press the big red button.
