D800 phase AF accuracy on par with best mirroless (OM-D EM-5) ?

Still, I find pityfull that D800's constrast detect in Liveview mode does not match that of a mirorless system. So, if D800's PDAF is almost as good as its CDAF, it still cannot match with Nikon J1 (assuming this is the best mirrorless CDAF)...
