Hi.
I have the 24-70 mkI on a 550D body. It is a great lens no doubt BUT I am finding it to be very heavy so I am planning to switch to the 24-105 f4 L IS. Is this a good idea? Why? or Why not?
(Others would suggest the Canon 17-55 or the Sigma 17-50 OS or the Tamron 17-50 VC or the Tamron 24-70 VC BUT that is not the question here, so please try your very best to refrain from suggesting these lenses )
The question is: Is it is a good idea to switch from the Canon 24-70 mkI to the Canon 24-105 f4 L IS? Why or Why not?
can't help myself, 17-55 IS, 15-85 IS, tamrpon 17-50, etc.
if you must for some bizarre reason go either 24-70 or 24-105 well one is lighter and if you want lighter, well one is lighter than the other
