Question

And here is my initial attempt at improvement.

I went a little overboard with the Noise Reduction. I thought I could get by with just ACR but added a little more from Topaz Denoise. I think the color is a bit too yellow also, even though I desaturated the yellow a bit in ACR.

Anyway, like I said, I really like this forum, but if nothing can be done with this I'll figure a way to get some one here like other's do.
