World Street Photo Day thread

August 22, 2012: While browsing 'The Online Photographer' I learned that it was Henry "the decisive moment" Cartier-Bresson's birthday and therefore "World Street Photography Day." I put on my uniform and practiced before the mirror my casualy looking the other way 'shoot from the hip' technique. When it was late afternoon I headed downtown (Portland, Oregon) to shoot the street.

All the pictures were taken with a Pentax k-x and a DA 21 limited lens (as seen in the first pict).

Did anyone else take street pictures yesterday for (or without realizing it for) World Street Photography day? If so, post below...
