bluetooth speaker making buzz noise

I had a reception problem (breaking-up sound) from a Jambox speaker. Jawbone suggested that I reset it and it has worked flawlessly since. Maybe Sony has that ability. Also, a Logitech Bluetooth speaker has always worked fine. Be sure you are in range.
