Pocket Wizards?

I am new to wireless flash, but have been running into occasions recently where it could help my photography. I understand how I can use my E-M5 flash to trigger my FL-600R off camera, but I worry that the more creative I get, the more likely I am to lose line of sight and not be able to do it that way.

Are any of you using pocket wizards or any other setup like that? Also, with a radio trigger, I am wondering what the best flash options are out there as I assume there is little point in buying multiple FL-600R's.

Sorry about the elementary nature of this all. Like I said, this is sort of new to me.
